Rainbow Mountain Day trip From Cusco

04:30 AM – The Adventure Begins.

• We will pick you up from your hotel to start our journey into the heart of the Southern Andes. While the world sleeps, we head toward one of the most spectacular landscapes on Earth.

​07:30 AM – Energetic Breakfast in Cusipata.

• We will enjoy a warm, nutritious breakfast in a rural setting, physically preparing ourselves for the challenge and the reward that awaits us in the heights.

​09:30 AM – The Ascent to the Colorful Giant.

• We arrive at the trailhead. Here begins an epic hike surrounded by towering glaciers and grazing alpacas. Every step brings you closer to the summit, with the majestic Ausangate mountain range guarding our path.

​11:00 AM – Conquering Vinicunca (16,522 ft).

• You made it! The effort is instantly forgotten as your eyes witness the Rainbow Mountain in all its glory. You’ll have time to capture unique photographs, feel the pure energy of the Andes, and if you’re feeling adventurous, visit the stunning Red Valley.

​01:30 PM – Restorative Lunch.

• We descend from the mountain with the satisfaction of victory to enjoy a well-deserved buffet lunch, celebrating the adventure with local flavors.

​05:00 PM – Triumphant Return to Cusco.

• Arrival in the city. We drop you off near the Plaza de Armas so you can rest with a memory full of colors and the pride of having conquered Vinicunca.

• Level 1: Easy on flat terrain, without major difficulty.
• Level 2: Between flat terrain and some slopes.
• Level 3: Slightly uneven terrain with steeper slopes.
• Level 4: Steep and rugged terrain.
