Rainbow Mountain Full day Tour

04:30 AM – Personalized Pick-up.

• We start the day with a hotel pick-up. Take the opportunity to rest while our transport safely takes you through the picturesque South Valley, watching the sunrise illuminate the snowy peaks.

​07:30 AM – Traditional Highlands Breakfast.

• We will stop at a cozy local restaurant. Enjoy an Andean breakfast with local ingredients, perfect for acclimating your body and awakening your senses before our hike.

​09:30 AM – Encounter with Nature.

• Upon arriving at the Phulawasipata trailhead, you will feel the purity of the Andean air. We will walk along a path surrounded by ancient glaciers and herds of alpacas and llamas. It is the perfect moment to connect with the energy of the “Apus” (mountain spirits).

​10:45 AM – The Spectacle of the Rainbow Mountain.

• We reach the main viewpoint. Before you, a palette of natural colors will unfold, looking as if it were hand-painted. You will have plenty of time to meditate, take the most stunning photos of your trip, and enjoy a privileged view of the majestic Ausangate Glacier.

​01:30 PM – Farewell Buffet Lunch.

• We return to enjoy a varied buffet lunch, where you can share your experiences with fellow travelers and taste delicious Cusco cuisine.

​05:00 PM – Return and Rest in Cusco.

• We conclude the tour by dropping you off at your hotel or near the Plaza de Armas, with your heart filled with the peace that only the highest mountains in the world can offer.

HIKING LEVEL
The hike to Rainbow Mountain is graded from 1 to 4:

Level 1: Easy on flat terrain, with no major difficulty.
Level 2: Between flat terrain and slight slopes.
Level 3: Slightly flat terrain and steeper slopes.
Level 4: Steep and rugged terrain.
