Contract

The reservation is accepted when Cultural Peru Tours receives the first deposit from its clients. At this time, the contract between the client and Cultural Peru Tours is effective and legally binding.
To secure the trip, we will require a deposit of 30% of the total package price at the time of your reservation.

Payments

First payment: 30% deposit at time of booking.
Second payment: total amount, payable 45 days before your arrival.
In the event that the reservation is made 45 days or less before arrival, the full amount will be required in one go.
If the reservation is made 45 days or less from the arrival time, the full amount will be required at the time of reservation.

Credit card payments

The first and second payment can be made by credit card through PayPal. Payments made by credit card/PayPal are subject to a 5% surcharge.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Money transfer

The first and second payment can be made by bank transfer.
The bank transfer must be made directly to our bank account.
Payments made by bank transfer to our bank account in Peru are subject to a surcharge of 100 usd

Cancellation and Change of Dates

Any cancellation or change made by the client must be submitted in writing by the client as soon as possible.
Customer is responsible for any fees or charges incurred for cancellation.

Change of dates after deposit has been made: 5% plus any other additional charges that may occur.
Substitution of clients: if someone in the group cannot travel, it is possible to transfer the reserved services to another person. An administration fee of USD plus all incurred costs charged by service providers will be required.
All applicable refunds will be made directly to your credit card or bank account, less any fees indicated
Flight/Airplane Cancellations: All air packages and air tickets are subject to the cancellation policies imposed by the airlines

Cancellation and Change by Cultural Peru Tours

We do our best to operate your tour as sold. However, we reserve the right to reduce or modify the itinerary, or substitute activities, hotels, meals or transportation as we deem necessary.
None of these modifications or changes will affect the price of the land package.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that could compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of passengers or any other circumstance beyond our control. In this case, we will reimburse you for this part of your trip or apply this cost to other services (eventual additional cost).
In the event we need to cancel the tour (not related to situations beyond our control), we will refund your fully paid prepayments or work with you to apply those payments to another tour

Prices

All prices shown on this website are per person and are expressed in US dollars.
For children ages 4-9, package pricing is based on sharing a room with adults. Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time of booking
Once we receive your deposit, the price of the tour package is guaranteed and any subsequent price increases will be at our expense.

Airlines

Flight reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Accommodation

Accommodations are specified in the accommodation section of our website.
All prices shown for accommodation are in US dollars and per person.
We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the event that the accommodation specified on our website is overbooked or for any reason beyond our control. No changes will be made after payment.
Important note: All accommodations in Peru will require you to show your passport and allow them to make a photocopy of it in order to check-in. This is a requirement for government and tax purposes.

Travel insurance
We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance for your trip. To get a quote.

Guests Needing Special Assistance
Certain itineraries may include activities that present challenges that are not suitable for passengers with special needs.
We strongly recommend that guests requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable and fully responsible for providing assistance.

Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests such as smoking, adjacent or connecting rooms, bed size, dietary needs, or any other special requests.

Agreement

These terms and conditions, those contained in Cúltural Perú Tours. The website and pre-departure materials constitute an agreement between all parties involved.
