• At your preferred departure time (recommended between 07:30 AM and 08:30 AM), our private transport and official guide will pick you up directly at your hotel door in Cusco. Embark on a scenic drive toward the Sacred Valley, stopping at Taray Viewpoint for photos. Next, drive up to Pisac archaeological complex (admission covered with your Included BTG), where your private guide will walk you through its agricultural terraces and ceremonial sectors at your own pace, followed by a brief walk through its artisan market. Driving along the Vilcanota River, stop at a selected country restaurant in Urubamba for an exquisite gastronomic buffet lunch with fresh local ingredients. In the afternoon, explore the monumental fortress of Ollantaytambo (admission covered with your Included BTG). Afterwards, your private driver will drop you off directly at the Ollantaytambo train station to board your tourist train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town). In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, board the Consettur bus up to Machu Picchu Citadel (7,972 ft / 2,430 m). Pass through checkpoint controls presenting your passport and confirmed Circuit 2 permit. Together with your dedicated guide, enter the upper terrace for the iconic postcard photo from the Guardian’s House. Next, enjoy a 2.5-hour private guided tour through the main gate, Sun Temple, Quarries, Sacred Plaza, Intihuatana, Three Windows Temple, and residential sectors, with ample time for questions and photos. After the tour, take the shuttle bus down to Aguas Calientes (free time for lunch not included). In the afternoon, board your return train to Ollantaytambo station, where your private driver will be waiting to transfer you comfortably back to Cusco, dropping you off at your hotel door.
