Cusco Cooking Classes Half Day

At 9 am (Lunch Class) or 3 pm (Dinner Class), you will have the opportunity to join our Cusco Culinary Cooking Experience and learn about the Peruvian cuisine in our modern cooking Studio, located in our House Museum, just 5 minutes away from the center of Cusco. We will start our culinary experience by taking you to the San Pedro Market, where you will see a wide variety of goods including, the vast different kind of potatoes, corn, meat, cheese, fruits, etc. Afterwards, you will be taken to our the Cusco Culinary Cooking Studio. Your class starts at our Andean Kitchen and Chichería, where you will have an introduction to the local variety of products and the diversity of ingredients used in the local cuisine. As part of your visit, you will learn about the process of making Chicha, a beverage the Incas believed to be sacred.
Cusco Culinary will introduce you to some of the native fruits which can be found in Peru. After this, you will be taken to our fully equipped cooking Studio, where our Professional Peruvian Chef will show you how to prepare the most popular and tasty dishes of Peru. The tour includes a refreshing drink, appetizer, main course, dessert and, of course, the famous Pisco Sour. Come, join us and take part in this “must do” during your stay in Cusco.
